I have one. It's my main carrier for FT. I have the address at home (I only
access my mail at work) and I'll try to send it to you tomorrow if
no one else does it first. The Galactica is nice, about 2-21/2" long
and modelled more on the AMT plastic model kit than the show in 2 minor points
only. There are 3 struts that hold each of the two hangar sections to the main
hull and in the miniature and model the centre strut is all one piece whereas
the tv version had it divided into an upper and lower section. The other
difference is both lack the cylindrical tanks on the side of the main hull at
the 'neck' just before the crocodile head. These are very minor nits to pick
and the model is quite nice. I bought it a number of years ago through mail
order and I have no idea what the cost is these days. One word of warning, one
of the hangar pods was slightly malformed on mine and needed some trimming and
sanding and I don't know if the mould has been corrected. I also have their
Supercar, Fireball XL5 and Stingray (am I dating my childhood
here?) and they also have a very wide range of tv ships - shows like
Blake's 7, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Lost in Space, The Invaders etc.

I recommend it.

I have recently purchased one myself. Nice minature and tes they corrected the
mold. If I remember correctly, with the currency conversion and all I
think mine was around 20-25 dollars US. I used my visa, made things
much easier. My catalog is currently on loan, so if no one else can provide
you with it, I'll get you both the address and phone number.

BTW....when i talked to them, they were in the works of doing a web page. That
was about 6 months ago. Does anyone know if there done...or could someone
close to them call and find out if they have one up yet. It a little expensive
for us colonist to call them...hehehe.

Yowza! I don't suppose these folks have a distributor on the Yank side of the
pond?

I assume they must; I see them regularly, especially at Sci-Fi(sic)
conventions. I didn't recognize the company name, but the list of things
available jogged my memory. I think I have a Blake's 7 at home somewhere.

You need to know that these are fair sized figs(though right in line with the
AoG pieces). I've never seen the BG, but the ones I have seen tended to be
simplistic as far as detailing goes. Nice clean lines, but not a lot surface.
I think they also do several large robots, including Gort from The Day the
Earth Stood Still.

I ordered mine from a company in Florida called Intergalactic Trading. I have
an address at home which I'll bring in. It was several years ago that I bought
it so I don't know if they still carry Comet products.

If anyone is interested, a game store in Toronto, Crossed Swords, has some
Comet miniatures. I believe there's a Fireball XL5 there, and one of the
submarines from the old UFO TV show. If anyone is interested, I'll find out
what they have and forward the address. They do mail order.
