COLONIZATION

GOOD MORNING ALL.

okay. my view of colonization ranges from single ship shoe string efforts,
corporate coloniztion, voluntary colonization, and drafted colonists from
heavily populated countries or worlds.

the single ship effort might be anything from a group of friends and
relatives, religious or political groups seeking greener grass and elbow room
to establishing a small mining operation.

corporate colonization could range from low budget colonies to major efforts
where in construction crews are sent first to build the original colony site
up before the arrival the corporate colonists.

national / planetary voluntary colonization would have citizen
volunteers sent out to colony worlds at government expense to establish a
colony at government expense.

 involuntary colonists from heavily populated countries / planets, who
are drafted and sent out at government expense to establish a colony.

or, using the example from the uk and down under, a government colonization
fleet that hauls undesirables out to the world to establish government run
colonies.

or  penal colony like the infamous french   colony in either central or
south america    -brain dead; all i can think of is devil's  island
and not the proper name.
