Is it just me, or is the Canadian Black Hand Society beginning to make itself
known here? Are we witnessing the first steps of the great Canadian coup
within the NAC? <g>

Seriously, Tom had a good point about the UK-US blending in the NAC
being already present in Canada to some extent. (and I'm not just saying that
because Tom's also a Canadian). AFAIK, the lower levels of our military
are on a more-or-less US structure, but we also have Regiments.
Governmentally, we have a UK-style Parliament & stuff (and no
interns...).
Culturally...ever noticed how many actors in Hollywierd are Cdn? OTOH, if
Hollywierd were farther away Canada would be better off...
Conspiratorially yours,

There are parliamentary pages though... although I can't imagine Jean Chretien
doing anything like that...:)

There was a TV movie made a while back exposing this conspiracy. Forgot its
name though...

I've got the Ninth edition, NewSpeak Dictionary, sitting right here, right
beside my membership card in the Ministry of Truth.

Hey! Don't you be dissing the X-Files, man...

More than that, have you ever noticed the number of Canadians who have
infiltrated the US news establishment? Morley Safer, Dan Rather, Keith
Morrison, John Roberts (I remember when he was J. D. Roberts, a local DJ and
later host of The New Music on CITY-TV here in Toronto).
Then there's how tied the US is to the Canadian economy. Florida is currently
starting to hurt in their tourist industry because the Canadian dollar
sucks...
Gets you to thinking...
(But if Canadians are in the NAC, who's doing all those UN peacekeeping
missions...?)

Hmm, I'll have to look up the actual book when I get home; the quote off the
GZG history online is just:
"2123 Islamic Federation and ESU forces clash on Earth as the ESU massacres
many Muslims in an anti-Islamic pogrom in the Indian sub-continent.
Diplomatic efforts result in an escalation to full scale war being averted"
This infers that Pakistani's are probably bearing the brunt of this pogrom.
The reference to the invasion of the indian sub-continent doesn't
qualify an end state and gives no details on what was annexed or subsumed into
the ESU.
Jon T any comments?

Actually, they are part of ESU--remember reference to clash between ESU
and IF over an anti-Muslim pogram in Indian subcontinent, which ended
when ESU sacked the Hindu who came up with the idea?
