Has there been any news on the supplement for Stargrunt II "Bugs Don't Surf"
yet? Or has Jon been too busy with the Babylon Project space combat system to
worry about anything else lately?
And has anyone bought any of the re-released Kryomek Miniatures which
are being made by SimTac? If so, are they any good?

Well, the B5 rules took a lot longer than expected (doesn't everything...:)),
and now they're finished I'm starting work on the FT Fleet Book first. BDS and
FTIII will (probably) be the next two projects after that, but exactly WHEN
(and which comes first) depends on a lot of different factors. Unfortunately
the cloning they've perfected with sheep hasn't yet been applied to game
writers*, so there is still only one of
me......
* Not that there is a lot of difference in some ways (just thought I'D get
that in before someone else did...:)).

Yes, in fact it is back from the printers today!! It is back in stock at GZG
as of now, and copies will ship to geohex for US sale next week. Check with GH
for when it'll hit the US stores again.

I called SIMTAC recently about Kryomek, and this is what Walt told me:
The pewter figures are made from the same mold, but they have less flash.
They now have a jet bike with a colonial marine, and a heavy weapon with a
grav platform.
The finishing touches are being put on a reaper figure and a drone warlord.
The Battlefield Swarmmaster will probably debut at GENCON with a price tag of
$70.00 US plus. The figure is 12" tall.
Mars Magazine, from Canada, has a Kryomek scenerio included. The article is
written by Walt Wilson of SIMTAC. The magazine publisher is Ursa Major.
