[Borderline topical] Web speed increase

To all those who complained about my slow web site, let it be known that

my ISP has upgraded their international lines to 2MB/s. I just clocked
myself from my office through www.anonymizer.com (a fair approximation of
an international viewer) at 1.1kB/s -- not fast but not unacceptably
slow either.
