[BITS] Website ISP change

Hi all,

With immediate effect, the BITS (http://www.bits.org.uk/ ), CORE
(http://www.core.org.uk/ ) and Power Projection
(http://www.powerprojection.net/ ) have moved to a new host. If you use
the URLs as typed above there will be no issues; however, direct URLs to files
will not work.

There will be some further changes (this is a temporary server for me) but
again, there should be no issues if you link to the domain names.

This change also effects my own homepage
