Subject: BIG FAVOUR - For DIGEST version readers...

Hi folks,

I've got a big favour to ask *somone*.

For some reason, under certain conditions (I'm not sure what they are yet)
when I receive a large version of the digest, I can't open it in my email
software. I use Eudora Lite, which while not being the *best* software
available, is rather free... Anyway, I received Digest # 722, and it choked
out my system. I've been following several threads, and don't want to lose
track.

I would appreciate it greatly if someone could resend me that version of the
digest, but, and this is the "big favour" part, *cut it in half first*. So,
send me that digest, but in two parts. That way I'll be able to open
it...

BTW.. I have been wondering for quite sometime how to get on the digest
list... isn't there a web page that I can get archives from?

I believe the procedure outlined on my page here:

works.

If not, please let me know and I'll fix it up.

Well, thanks, that answered the list question, but I was mostly concerned
about a web page archive so that I can pick and choose the digests to
d-load, in case I have missed a week of the gzg list...

Juno (the free version I use...) truncates anything over 640K (and sometimes
as small as 600K.)

Wish I was a digest person so I could help...

Hi,

There isn't a digest archive, but I do archive all posts at:

http://www.warpfish.com/jhan/ft/Archive

I run anywhere from a week to three weeks behind, as I update it by hand.
(I know, I know, I should automate it... (8-) )

Thanks, JGH
