Just though i'd send this along, got the idea from the SemFed articles in Rag
a few issues back.

This makes SKT ships very expensive to build, and so the largest ship
presently available to the SKT navy is the Battlecruiser, which has now been
converted to allow for the carrying of fighter groups.

(basically anything outside of Sector 151). If vessels from the IF and SKT
meet then conflict is almost inevitable, and neutral parties are advised to
stand well off.
