So where do you find out what the "standard" governments represent?

SWMBO decided she wanted to paint an FSE CH for me last night, it is blue as
my standard color scheme (Eileens pale blue, dark blue ink
wash, dry-brush with ivory) but a "True Blue" instead of pale blue.

I was thinking, what the heck, InSec.:)
