"Average" ship size

Thanks to several people for providing (astonishingly similar) replies.

I was hoping to get an actual point cost per ship, based on past records of
campaigns, but I should be able to work with this, too.

P.S. I think it's because my default language is set to Japanese... HTML,
formatting etc are off.
