Hmm... one wonders if they are infringing on Jon's trademark? Since Jon does
business internationally, (presumably in Canada) then this could lead to
considerable confusion. Might be an idea to consult a solicitor,
Jon...

Best wishes, Mike

Hi all,

I got sent this link today, and it's too cool not to share! Some crazy
person (group of crazy people...) has built an entire 1/144 scale Heavy
Gear Landship! Complete with working lights in the vehicle bays, and
scratchbuilt aircraft on the catapults!

Oh, and the other oddity is they're from another Ground Zero Games -
apparently a games store in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. (Had a chat with these
guys, Jon?)

Man, I'm getting dangerously inspired in the 'crazy large project'
department...

Does Jon have a trademark?

Unlike copyright, trademarks do not exist automatically. Unless Jon has
registered Ground Zero Games as a trademark then he has no legal right to stop
anyone else using that name. Looking at the latest catalogue and FB2 I see no
mention of Ground Zero Games being a trademark, so I would hazard a guess that
it isn't.

Yup. Always best to get legal advice from professionals. Never trust
anyone who offers it for free on the net. ;-)
