Ancient/Medieval ruleset

Hi everyone. A while ago someone on this list told me about an
ancient/medieval battles ruleset called Tactica (NOT the one by Arty
Conliffe). It supposedly came from Australia and was highly thought of by the
person who mentioned it. Does anyone remember this or know any information
