All this talk of Alien/Kravak PA got me thinking (In DS2 terms of course
<grin> - yeah I'm hopeless) about 6mm and 15mm figures.

Are there any Phalon Ground troops or ground vehicles? In either scale?

(Since I don't have FB2 it may be that the Phalons are like the old
Space Marines (pre-GW) race of the Irsol Confederacy - true space
dwellers and don't do ground warfare...)

Are the Kravak in 6mm? IIRC, they are 25 and 15mm?? Infantry and vehicles?

How about the Sav... the "S" guys? Any ground troops? any vehicles?

Just speculating...

While we're at it, does anyone have a gallery with DS2 figs? I'm thinking to

G'day,

If you haven't had a look already Derek's got some of his NSL DS stuff up at

http://www.users.bigpond.com/derekfulton/Gallery/GalleryFrame.htm

Hit the "Neu Swabian League - Dirtside & Stargrunt" and the DS stuff is
the bottom 4 pics.

G'day Glenn,

Not in 6mm that I know of.

There's 25mm stuff, just no 6mm stuff yet (I think).

Yep, infantry and vehicles. The most notable feature of the vehicles is tat
the guns are BIG (usually the nacelles of the space ships).

> How about the Sav... the "S" guys?

Yep, there's a biotank and the "bugs" are the SV ground troops as far as I
remember.

Yes, this is a great site for DS2 figures (*and* all the others too, go
there if you have not visited yet - inspires one to get the paint out.)
Finding pictures of 6mm-1/300th-1/285th figures is a challenge but this
is a good start.

For that matter finding pictures of some lines is a pain in general, I
found one site that had a few pictures of the Irregular 25mm SF line -
Mike Prescott's review at
http://members.tripod.co.uk/cree3000/igscifi/scifi.htm (or html, line is
cut off on the print page.) They have an extensive 6mm range but no
pictures on http://www.irregularminiatures.co.uk/6mmRanges/6mmSciFi.htm
(or html?) They also do 15mm and 25mm but *again* no pictures...

I found pictures of AA's 15mm Crusaders (candidate at one time for conversion
to "Mice in Space" figures but a gentleman on the west coast is sending me
some plastic mice (Very Inexpensive) to check out for
conversion - about 10mm, IIRC - hope they get here soon. They find make
good 'militia' figures (I still am holding out to see if Eureka can generate
enough interest to come up with a line of these for 'regulars'.)

Unfortunately Scotia does not have pictures of their SF line...
http://website.lineone.net/~grendel.co/scotiasf.htm (or html...) but it
looks extensive.
