Admin: Repeating Messages

For the Administer, I keep getting repeating messages from the group. These
messages have no subject line and garbled text of previously sent messages. I
don't know if they are tied to someone's specific inputs, but they are
confusing my local server and tieing up bandwidth. Is it possible to remove
this problem? Phil P.
