[ADMIN] How to Abandon Ship

The old list is littered by lots of unsubscribe commands to the wrong server.
I've posted the old list unsub info here

(I'm off the old list) to help people get off the old list. All commands
should have the same result. send to the email: address a message just
containing the command: text (don't include the command: label).
