Subject: [AAR] Forced posture change

First fractionally-baked idea on this.  Troops can have one of five
statuses ("stati"? better call it Postures) which dictates what they will do
when they're not being ordered otherwise:
--Charging On
--Sneaking Toward
--Staying Hidden
--Beating Retreat
--Running Off
(for those of you who don't own StarGrunt, these were picked to make use of
existing SG counters)

The commander can give a limited number of orders per turn to change his units
postures; when a unit takes fire, it tends to drop to a lower posture
[mechanism to be determined].  This way you can have green-but-gungho
troops getting into trouble unless the commander keeps an eye on them (echos
of DBA's IrKnF, anyone?).

To clarify for the dunderhead in the audience, do these actions happen
automatically or cost less than the card based ones?
