A Higher Signal To Noise Ratio

Noise: Can we all just agree to keep it (signal) higher than it has been
getting lately (far too much junk post of late) and to move even vaguely off
topic discussions to personal email rather than the list.

What's signal is a little subjective but I'd agree with Oerjan mostly.
