How is Scattergun fire vs regular missles handled? We handled it with 5 or 6
on a 1d6 kill sit.
How are scatter gun fire vs SMLs handled? We dealt with it similar to
Fighters. 1d6= how many missles shot down.
Can scatterguns fire out teh rear arc on a turn when teh main drive was
running?
Thanks...

Your actions are consistent with the current rules. No 'official'
items exist on the KVK so do what feels right. JTL XXX

XXX To ask the reverse question; Can I target a ship thru the rear arc when
the main drive is being used? The answer should be the
same in both cases to maintain consistency. So do what 'feels' right.

Just remember, victory favors the bold! (and the guy with the hot dice doesn't
do bad either.)
Bye for now,
1 scattergun kills 1 MT missile (no roll required) or d6 SML missiles.
Scatterguns can fire out of the rear arc without any restriction (I think this
is actually stated in the rulebook).

I always thought victory favoured the guy with overwhelming firepower,

The rules don't cover it, since no Kra'Vak tech is in the FB. Your method
looks good.

I sggest that they aren't, but that's not official.
In FT2, the scattergun was the only weapon allowed to fire through the rear
arc at all (regardless of whether or not you used the main drives). In the FB,
and especially if you use vector movement, the chances to fire through the
rear arc are a lot better, so I (currently) don't think it is necessary to use
that special rule.
