Well, this is my first post and I am happy to see such support for all GZG
systems. Now, on to my DSII questions:
1) Are the new vehicles (smaller versions of the 25mm resin) out yet? My local
hobby store gets their stuff from Chessex in Austin, Tx, but they said that
the new minis aren't out yet. Anyone seen them?
2) Are there any good programs out there for designing vehicles? If so, how
can I possibly get a copy.
3) I recently purchased some plastic tanks made by Fantasy Forge. They were
cheap, and you get alot of them in each bag. Either way, one set of them had a
large hover tank with 1 large warhead you glue on a rack on the tank. Any idea
what kind of stats might by used for this tank?
Sorry this is so long, but I wanted to cover as much as possible in one
posting. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

You will want to visit Andy Cowell's HTML DS2 vehicle generator:

I saw the same figures 10 for $10(us). I figured that the large missile would
have an effect simular to Nuclear Munitions as described on page 47. If you
want to be really NASTY, you could make it a MIRV missile and place multiple
nuclear strikes per missile (using a predefined pattern). The smallest target
size would be a single building (or other fixed feature).

Jeff, Ref #1) I do not know.
Ref #2) Not that I am aware. It should not be a hard job
to put one together in Excel 5. It is just a matter of time and
being able to find the rules. Ref #3)Imagination is the only limiting factor
in this department.

That would certainly be interesting if you had a lot of fast vehicles and your
playing area is big enough. I think a more usable
configuration is to treat this vehicle as a hover-mounted artillery
missile platform. Not quite as neat as mushroom clouds, admittedly, but those
heavy barrages pack quite a punch!

I did not envision actually using the missiles on the playing field, but as
targets of an attack in a scenario. (Destroy the mobile missile launchers
before they can destroy my city).
Hey there,
I can answer your question on "Is there any DSII vehicle design software out
there", yes there is. You can get it from Geohex for about $15.00
US. There web site is http://www.geohex.com/ .

The full version CD Rom is not ready as yet, I hope to pull everything
together by April 1st, but the program really does the job and prints the
actual card as well.
