40K to Stargrunt II conversions

Okay, I dislike GW and their games, but a lot of people around here have 40K
minis and they want to play with them, in their universe. So I converted them!
It was fun..I also have 2 army lists ready Marines and Eldar. If anyone wants
to see them, drop me a line. A lot of these are untested, like
an Eldar Fire Dragon Squad.  I counted the melta-gun a support weapon,
that fires at close range and D12 penetration (yuck). I wanna see what happens
when 5 of them fire it at a target at range band 1. No...I haven't tried it
yet. I also converted the close assault weapons. I put negative CC result
modifier on them (you're probablly gonna kill that guy when using a power
fist) and CC shifts. Some close assault weapons have a penetration value. This
is to be used against buildings (knock a hole in the wall) and
vehicles.   Use the vehicle close assault rules I posted here before and
you'll see how they work. If you didn't get those..let me know.
