2nd Annual FT Tourney at GenCon

GenCon is only a couple months away and once again we will be running a Full
Thrust Tournament along with several other FT, DSII and SGII games. This
year's Tourney will be using Fleet Book rules and will allow the players to
design their own fleet (only ships from the FB and all ships in a fleet must
be from the same power)

2nd Annual Tourney and the pre-designed fleets we created for those who
don't want to create their own.

Will Schoon repeat as Grand Admiral? Will we figure out how the tournament
