I agree with the scale though it just looks better. Perhaps its the ratio to
the terrain thats important. In 15mm you can quite easly get small
hills /
valleys that block LOS and allow those VTOLS to do deep runs behind enemy
lines / pop up tank kills etc. In 25mm such terrain looks really sad,
more of a green blob that no figure can balance on!
