Greets, peeps,

(yeah, I said peeps; deal;)

Anyone know where I can find a source of semi-decent artillery pieces
in 15mm? I'm thinking of the "modern" (recent past - say, oh, Vietnam-
era type ;-) to futuristic. Not Nappie arty pieces. ;-P My three
favorite sources (GZG, Brigade, DLD) don't have any in their various
inventories that I can find.

Yet ....

Could well be some by the end of the year.

In the meantime, have a look at Peter Pig's Nam and AK-47 ranges

LKM/QRF seem to have an extensive line of 1:100 scale moderns:

Have you thought about Evil Empire(tm) Epic(TM)? Given their BFG mentality,
you might find something, especially in the Eldar stuff, that would suit
you for heavy Sci-Fi...

Oh, I thought you meant towed artillery pieces etc. In that case, we'll
definitely have some SP ones soon (since most are head-swaps on existing

hulls).

Or, some of the 40K Eldar gun platforms might serve as (very large) 15mm

crew-served guns. Although their style won't fit very well with the rest

of Indy's models I suspect.

If this is for ECC VIII and you can wait, I'll promise you at least one SPG by
then.

Keen. :-) I can wait a few months. I just got to thinking
about it again as I'm trying to push forward on another 15mm project and
realized, "gee, I have no arty pieces in that scale!"

Thanks for the responses, all.

Did anyone mention Battlefront Miniatures? The have an extensive WW2
collection of figures and quite a few artillery pieces. The British, US and
Russian ones could be used.

wrt man portable, I have 3 mortars you can have. Theyre as tall as a GZG 6mm
PA fig, so they should work in 15mm. Not sure the source, got them from a bits
box, but they look GWish.

Try Roco Minitanks. They have lots of modern self-propelled artillery
as well as MLRS/LARS launchers, and Avenger humvees which you could use
as light rocket arty. They also have SCUD launchers and towed artillery
(albeit WWII vintage).
